Terms & Conditions
By accessing the nanodog web site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Consumers are advised to read the product information before purchase. Nanodog reserves the right to decline any order or purchase of our products for any reason. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Nanodog.
All online orders will be delivered to the customer's premises free of charge.
The availibility indicated on our website for each product is an estimate only and is based on normal full working days, and an order will only ship once the complete order is ready, unless the client informs nanodog that he would like items to be shipped seperately, for example in the event that one item on an order may take much longer to ship than the rest of the items, then a partial order can be shipped in the meantime, but only upon the client's request.
The estimated delivery period is subject to supplier stock availability. Should our supplier be out of stock of any products that have been ordered, a Nanodog representative will contact the customer as soon as possible. Please note that the cut-off time for orders is 12:00 daily, any orders received after that time might only be sent out on the followig day.
In the occurrence that an incorrect address has been provided to Nanodog, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
All orders are shipped with Hardap Fast Freight. If the client would like to have his/her order shipped with a diffferent courier, this can be arranged, but the client would then be responsible for all transport/delivery costs.
Nanodog will not be held resposible for any goods that were damaged or lost by the courier. In the event that the client has not received his/her package within 3 days of shipping, they may contact us. We will provide the Waybill number and, if needed, a signed copy of the waybill as proof that the package was sent. Any further issues must be settled between the client and the courier company. Goods that were lost during shipping will not be refunded by Nanodog and the client will have to sort these issues out with the courier.
We would like to strongly encourage all our clients to make use of the free hardap shipping option on our website as we have had the most reliable service from this company in the past. The nampost shipping option on our website is only still availalbe becuase there are some remote towns that our main courier does not deliver to.
This Website is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Copyright and all intellectual property rights in all materials made available through this Website are owned by Nanodog, Alternatively, Nanodog Communications and Devices cc is the lawful user thereof and is protected by both Namibian and international intellectual property laws. Accordingly, an unauthorized copying, reproduction, re-transmission, distribution, dissemination, sale, publication, or other circulation or exploitation of such material as aforesaid or any component thereof will constitute an infringement of such copyright and other intellectual property rights. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “Trademarks”) that pertain to Nanodog displayed on this Website are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Nanodog, nothing contained on this Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademarks without the prior written permission of Nanodog. Other trademarks, names, logos and service marks used are the property of their respective owners.
> All goods sold by Nanodog come with a 1 (one) year manufacturer's carry-in warranty.
> The customer shall be bound by the warranty terms and conditions set by the manufacturer of any product.
> The customer shall return any defective goods to our workshop at the customer's own cost and packaged in the original packaging.
> All items must be returned along with a copy of the purchase receipt and/or tax invoice.
> Warranty returns will only be handled at our workshop and not at any other Nanodog branch.
> Standard hourly rates will apply for on-site warranty.
Note: A product warranty means that goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. Goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear or the customer’s own negligence. Faulty goods will be sent to the manufacturer for repair. Only when an item cannot be repaired will the manufacturer in their own discretion issue a replacement or credit.
>Any Physical damage to a product purchased from Nanodog will effectively void the warranty completely.
>Any problems related to the software of a device is not covered by warranty and may be charged for at our standard hourly rate.
NANODOG IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY NANODOG ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY NANODOG. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. NANODOG ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. NANODOG MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT.
AS A SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, NANODOG WILL DEAL WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SERVICE CENTRES ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS, BUT WE MAY IN OUR OWN DISCRETION DECIDE TO REFER THE CLIENT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR THEIR SERVICE CENTRE.
Non-Warranty Repairs will be charged for at our standard hourly rate and all services rendered must be paid for in full before the client may collect his goods. Anything that has not been collected and paid for within 3 months may be re-sold in order to recover costs.
Should a client change his/her mind about a purchase and decide that he/she would rather have a different product then all items, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 7 days from the original purchase date.
> The items you return must be in substantially the same condition as when Nanodog delivered them to you (Including packaging material)
> Nanodog will, in our discretion, either credit the purchase price paid for those items or give a Nanodog product equivalent in value to those items.
> No cash refunds will be issued.
> All returns or cancellations may incur a 15% handling fee
> Software may only be returned if the packaging is unopened and untampered with.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
> Labor, delivery and/or completed services
> Microphones, earbuds, harmonicas and other similar products
> Consumable items such as batteries
> Etched or otherwise personalized items
> Any items that were ordered for the client on special request.
FAULTY ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED ARE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR WARRANTY POLICY AND NOT ACCORDING TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
While every effort is made to update the information provided on the Website on a regular basis, Nanodog makes no representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information contained on the Website. Nanodog reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect, feature or service offered by way of the Website, the opinions, information, data or content contained on the Website shall not be construed as advice and are offered for information purposes only. Nanodog gives no warranties and makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any such opinions, information, data or content.
Nanodog endeavours to ensure the prices of our products are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to change the prices of our products without notification. General Terms for Credit accounts:
> No Stock will be released once your pre-approved credit limit has been reached.
> Payment on all invoices will be due at the end of each month.
> The purchases agrees to pay an interest rate of 10% for any invoice/amount that is overdue.
> In the event that Nanodog must instruct an attorney to collect any overdue payments, then the purchaser shall be liable for all legal costs incurred
In the event of the signatory to this Form signing same in his/her capacity as Trustee or Agent for A company and/or close corporation to be formed or as Director, Shareholder, agent of company or member or agent of a close corporation already formed, then such signatory hereby binds himself/herself as surety and co-principal debtor in sodium, jointly and severally for the due performance by such company or close corporation of all its obligations to Nanodog communications and deivces in respect hereby renouncing the benefits of the legal exceptions of excussion and division and further acknowledging that no indulgence, extension of time or release granted by Nanodog communications and devices to such company or close corporation shall in any way affect its rights to claim from the surety.
Nanodog shall not be responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to:
